Langezaal Options allow you, as the consumer, to determine how much you want our real estate agent involved in your process. In other words: at what point during the process should our agent assist you.

Option 1

Your real estate agent is involved in the following activities for option 1:

• Register search criteria / or do you prefer that we accompany you right away as an advisor to tour a home that you found yourself
• Delivery of information about properties currently available by actively searching properties for you based on the search criteria you provided
• Negotiations
• Purchasing agreement
• Administrative processing
• Assistance with finding a mortgage and/or insurance
• Inspection
• Legal transfer of ownership
• aftersales

Your real estate agent does not accompany you on property tours, but is involved in the transaction if you are interested in the property.

Option 2

• Register search criteria
• Delivery of information about properties currently available by actively searching properties for you based on the search criteria you provided
• Set up all appointments for property tours
• We will accompany you on all property tours
• Negotiations
• Purchase agreement
• Administrative processing
• Assistance with finding a mortgage and/or insurance
• Inspection
• Legal transfer of ownership
• aftersales

Option 3

Your real estate agent is involved in the following activities for option 3:

• Check purchasing agreement
• Administrative processing
• Assistance with finding a mortgage and/or insurance
• Inspection
