Financial management
The rents are collected monthly before or on the first day of the month and transferred to you as the client. In the event of non-payment, late payment or incomplete payment by the tenant, we will initiate the collection process. This means that we send legal reminders. If payment is still not made after this process, we will engage a bailiff after written approval from you as the client.
Administrative management
We will take care of all correspondence with tenants, communication with authorities and the processing of invoices, etc. In addition, we draw your attention to the annual rent increase and, with your agreement, we will write to the tenants.
Technical management
In the event of technical problems, we will call in a maintenance company in consultation with you so that minor repairs/damages can be repaired. We work together with various experts and can request different quotes (for maintenance work) if necessary. In the event of calamities/emergencies, we will solve these immediately.
