What you can expect from us
We provide advice on appropriate rental pricing and current regulations. Your property will be listed in the NVM system and featured on our website, Funda, various rental platforms, and social media. We create a professional photo report and prepare a visual brochure. We handle all viewings and conduct the negotiations on your behalf. We assess the (financial) reliability of the prospective tenant, draft the rental agreement, and manage the (digital) signing process. Finally, we take care of the key handover and prepare a detailed inspection report, including photos.

Rental under the Vacancy Act
If your property has been listed for sale for an extended period, you may be eligible to rent it out under the Dutch Vacancy Act (Leegstandwet). This form of temporary rental involves specific regulations and contracts and requires a permit from the municipality. While rented out under this arrangement, the property remains advertised as being for sale. We are also happy to support you with rentals under the Vacancy Act.
